🌸Work Schedule🌸

🌸 I currently work full time from Monday-Friday | 7AM-4PM MST. Any time I get towards working on commissions is during my free time. When you commission me, you understand that progress will be slow and may take over a month, regardless of the commission type due to my schedule. you understand commissions are not my primary source of income, but I will do my best to prioritize finishing the art for you when I can🌸 I will plan to take all US-based holidays off, and I will mainly prioritize working on commissions over the weekends as I would prefer to use the weekdays to relax. Doing any commission-related work on weekdays will depend on my mood

🌸General Info🌸

🌸 I reserve the right to decline any kind of commission with or without reason at any stage during the entire process - generally I will refuse to make art that makes me uncomfortable, and for people who make me uncomfortable🌸 My clients are welcome and encouraged to request an update from me at any point during the commission process. I will only reach out to you to let you know progress has been made, and my usual method of updating goes as such: the sketch is sent first, then the outline, then the flat colours, then halfway through rendering, then the final piece is sent to the clients email after their review and confirm they are satisfied. Please do not be shy about asking me for updates or revisions, communication is key to me - after all, I am making art for YOU!🌸 Each commission type will have a limited amount of slots, which is outlined on each page respectively, and will roll out in openings posted by me on Twitter when they are ready to be filled again. Everyone is able to track openings and progress on my Trello, as I will be keeping this information as up to date as possible🌸 I require full resolution reference sheets with flat colours that leave me with no questions if drawing a clients character(s) or fursona(s) / persona(s). I do not require any visual aid for reading your reference sheets, but a reference sheet with any indiscernible gradients outlined are appreciated, as to not miss any fine details. Description references are not accepted and will not be considered🌸 I will generally try to work as first come first serve and work in payment order, but this isn't guaranteed. I will possibly look at adding a "rush fee" at some point in the future, but as of right now commissions are a fun and flexible thing I get to work on in my free time and I would prefer to keep them this way🌸 Please speak to me in a professional manner and keep things business/transaction oriented. No baby/uwu talk, no flirting/winky emojis, no roleplaying, etc. While I may be friendly or even casual during correspondences with my clients, this is not an invitation to try and befriend me - I will act with the same amount of professionalism that I do with my primary job. Please do the same for me, and I will cease all communications and blacklist anyone who violates my boundaries🌸 I will try to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours and update my Trello accordingly. While I understand that life can get busy, and I will never expect a timely response from anyone, I do not tolerate ghosting and will blacklist anyone who abandons a transaction

🌸Revisions🌸

🌸 Clients have a limited amount of free revisions to any art they commission from me - please take full advantage of the unlimited free revisions offered during the sketch phase, as each new phase of the art piece gets more restrictive with each revision request🌸 Revisions during the sketch phase are all free and unlimited. Outlining and/or flat colour revisions are limited to two free changes. Rendering revisions are limited to one single element of the piece (shifting the colour balance or correct the shadows or lighting, for example)🌸 All revisions afterwards will cost +5$ minimum per revision, this price is subject to change depending on how drastic the revisions are🌸 I will remain flexible on revisions and try to be fair and accommodating. Please extend the same courtesy and fairness I extend to you. I don't accept overly excessive demands and change requests that are unreasonable

🌸Permissions🌸

🌸 I reserve all rights and retain the full copyright to any art I create for my clients. I am free to use any art commissioned from me as commission examples, post to my Twitter/other online spaces, and use the art however I see fit🌸 Clients as well as "surprise gift art" recipients have full authority to request that I not share the art that is commissioned from me publicly - please discuss this with me before I complete the commission, preferably in my Google form🌸 When commissioning "surprise gift art" from me, please communicate this in my google form so we may discuss details further. Clients can request that I wait until the final recipient has been notified to post the art publicly, that I wait until a certain date to post the art publicly, and / or that I avoid streaming my progress of the art on my Twitch channel🌸 Clients are free to use and post the art they commission from me however they see fit as long as they credit me / link back to my Twitter account somewhere🌸 I do not allow my artwork to be minted into NFT's, to be used for AI learning, to be altered in any way other than by myself, or redistributed for personal profit if this has not already been agreed upon and signed / waived in a contract🌸 If a clients intention is to use my art for commercial reasons or to purchase the copyright from me, this must be discussed before the start of the commission - preferably in my google form as my commercial prices are much different. If the intention is to purchase the full copyright of my art, the client must work with me to fill out a Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) to be submitted to the U.S. Copyright Office. This must be previously agreed upon between the recipient and myself in writing. the client will agree to and sign a contract that will outline the details and specifics of the agreement before I start the commission request

🌸Payments🌸

🌸 I will not start working on a commission until payment is made in full. I do accept payment installments, but this rule still applies. Clients that are close Friends and Family are entitled to discounts, which can be individually quoted case per case - please do not ask for the discount as this is given only at my discretion🌸 I only accept payments via PayPal and Venmo at this time🌸 All payments are final and non-refundable unless I decide to terminate the commission for any reason, in which case I will refund the clients commission in full - note that this only applies when the client has NOT violated my terms🌸 If the event above occurs, the client waives all rights to any works in progress upon completion of the refund, and I reserve the right to repurpose any partially completed artwork to how I see fit🌸 If a client files a chargeback without attempting to resolve the situation with me beforehand, this will lead to me blacklisting them, ceasing all communications, abandoning the project, and a public announcement. I am a very accommodating person and I want to avoid this at all costs, please feel free to bring any and all issues to my attention so I may work with you to resolve them

🌸Adoptables🌸

🌸 Anyone who adopts from me is free to name the adoptable whatever they choose, as my adoptables don't come with a pre-selected name, only a brief description
ex: "sakura kitty"🌸 I only use ToyHouse for adoptables and refuse to authorize a trade anywhere else but that website. I'm always happy to supply an invite code if needed - feel free to request this at any time🌸 I'm always happy to make revisions to an adoptable upon request as long as they are within reason and still keep to the likeness of the original design. Extreme revisions to adoptables can be requested, but at an extra charge (which will need to be discussed and quoted beforehand)🌸 Redesigning the character yourself is 100% allowed, as my general mentality on adoptables is "once it's yours, it's yours". I believe I have no say over what you do with the character once it leaves my possession, as long as my name remains as the Creator of that character🌸 Re-selling the adoptable for more than the original value follows the former rule - I think the adoptable community generally agrees that doing this is a dick move, but again, once it leaves my possession I got nothin' to do with it as long as my name remains as the Creator of that character🌸 I currently am not taking custom adoptable requests, but may consider doing this in the future

🌸Mature Ratings🌸

Do not request anything highly inappropriate or illegal under any circumstances. Requests of any kind that fall under the "won't draw" section will result in an automatic blacklist and public announcement if the request is illegal (such as requesting nsfw art of underage characters)You MUST be of legal age to commission NSFW art from me. Your age must be displayed publicly in your twitter bio for me to accept any commissions regarding adult themes - this includes either you or your character(s) depicting images of substance use as well

Art with Mature Ratings have no slot count. This commission type will be submitted in my google form as an optional variation for any other commission type you have chosen. the prices outlined here will stack on top of what has already been configured in the google formDue to the fact the only way to access this part of my website is right underneath my table of do's/don'ts on my prices page, I will assume you have already read the contents of the table and I will elaborate further on what has already been statedI will not display NSFW art examples on this page as I do not want to risk exposing minors to this content. if you wish to see examples of my NSFW art, please DM me on twitter or discord and I will be happy to oblige after confirming your ageit should go without saying, but you as well as the characters you are commissioning me to draw must be of legal age for whatever actions they are participating in

🌸Drugs, Alcohol, Etc +15$

You must be at least +16 to commission art from me that has depictions of drug use, alcohol use, cigarette smoking, or other substance use of any kind. The price will not stack for multiple depictions of substance use (for example, drinking alcohol and smoking a cigarette at the same time), or even if there are multiple characters in the same picture - only that substance use will be part of the art as a whole

🌸Suggestive Art +25$

You must be at least +16 to commission art from me that has any suggestive or minorly sexual themes. The price will stack for each character present in a suggestive art piece, regardless if the additional characters will be behaving suggestively or not. I will define suggestive or minorly sexual themes as such:

🌸 characters that are undressed down to their underwear - as long as no explicitly sexual characteristics, sexual activity, or genitalia are visible or even seen through clothing🌸 characters that are in suggestive or provocative poses, such as "pinups", or have facial expressions suggesting arousal or sexual activity🌸 any art that is meant to simulate, arouse, or suggest any kind of sexual behavior without fully displaying sexual activity, visible sexual characteristics, or genitalia will count as suggestive art - if you have questions please feel free to ask so we can discuss further as this can be subjective

🌸NSFW & Kink +50$

You must be at least +18 to commission art from me that has any elements of softcore porn, nudity, any kind of fetish or kink, NSFW and adult-related content, and overt sexual themes. The price will stack for each character present in any NSFW or kink-related art piece, regardless if the additional characters will be behaving sexually or not. I will define NSFW or overtly sexual themes as such:

🌸 Characters that are either undressed completely, or dressed with intention to be sexually explicit - for example: leather, latex, bondage gear, petplay accessories, etc🌸 Anything that explicitly shows any form of nudity, sexual characteristics, sexual activity, or visible genitalia, fetish + kinks, even through clothing counts as NSFW🌸 Even if no actual nudity or genitalia is drawn, an illustration will count as an NSFW piece due to any sexual intentions the client wants for the art🌸 If you have any questions about what I am / am not comfortable with drawing, or need further clarification on if your commission request falls under suggestive or NSFW, I'm always open to chat about it with you as long as it already hasn't been mentioned in my do's/don'ts table

🌸Dolls - 30$

A doll can have up to three different outfits either designed by me based on your descriptions of the character or specifically requested and planned out by you. Photo references are very helpful for specific clothing items and outfits. Complex props such as purses, hats, or other accessories will add to the cost depending on the complexity of each item, which can be discussed beforehanddolls will always: be chibi style, include a blank base, have no rendering, and I can include an outfit palette breakdown upon request at no charge

Illustrations start at 100$ flat, are fullbodies by default, big enough to be desktop wallpapers, will keep printing in mind (I will email you a .TIF file upon completion), and will always include more detailed airbrushed or solid rendering upon request, and more loving attention paid to the background

🌸Reference Sheets - 200$

Slots: 1

Reference sheets start at 200$ flat, will include any of the basics upon request(eye colour, paw colour, tongue/teeth colour, special markings, etc), palette breakdowns, limit to 3 different outfits if wanted, and any specific design notes, all made with careful attention paid to each character lovingly and with detail. this slot is limited to one character per reference sheet and has a limit of approximately 10 illustrations depending on the complexity of the requests

The price will change depending on if you:🌸 want more than the 10 illustrations maximum (prices will vary)
🌸 want to add props to the image such as favourite items, etc +15$/ea
🌸 want to include a mini drawing of the characters partner(s) +25$/ea
🌸 want to add illustrated likes + dislikes instead of text +65$

please note that likes + dislikes have a max of 5 illustrations to each (5 likes, 5 dislikes) and must be able to be easily drawn and represented. this can be discussed beforehandreference sheets are very detail specific and subjective and I want the finished result to be perfect for not only the recipient, but any artist who may use it to draw your character. the more details you give me, the better
